The invention discloses an offshore floating type self-energy-supply building system which comprises a building body, generators are installed on the two sides of the surface of the bottom of the building body, a first floating body is installed on one side of the bottom of the building body, a second floating body is installed on the other side of the bottom of the building body, and piston connecting rods are installed at the two ends of each generator. A sliding square rod is arranged at the end of the piston connecting rod, and hinge shafts are arranged at the two ends of the sliding square rod. A semi-submersible type floating body, a wave energy power generation system and a building are integrated into a floating type building system capable of achieving self-power supply on the sea, power generation can be achieved through impact of sea waves under the action of the floating body, meanwhile, it is guaranteed that the building floats on the sea surface through the floating body, the floating type building can achieve self-power supply, manufacturing can be completed on the land, and the building is convenient to use. The ship is dragged to a target water area to complete deployment, so that the construction efficiency is greatly improved, the construction cost is remarkably reduced, and the practicability of the device is improved.

    本发明公开了一种近海漂浮式自供能建筑系统,包括建筑主体,所述建筑主体的底部表面两侧安装有发电机,所述建筑主体的底部一侧安装有浮体一,所述所述建筑主体的底部另一侧安装有浮体二,所述发电机的两端安装有活塞连杆,所述活塞连杆的端部设置有滑动方杆,所述滑动方杆的两端设置有铰链轴;将半潜式浮体与波浪能发电系统、建筑整合为一个可以在海上自供能的漂浮式建筑系统,通过浮体的作用即可利用海浪的冲击进行发电,同时保证可通过浮体保证建筑物漂浮在海面上,漂浮式建筑可自行供电,并且制造可以在陆上完成,通过船舶牵引至目标水域完成部署,极大提高了建设效率,显著降低了建造成本,提高了该装置的实用性。
