The adjusting method comprises the steps that an awakening instruction for adjusting the seat is obtained; entering a wake-up state according to the wake-up instruction, and receiving a control instruction; determining a target adjustment mode in adjustment modes according to the control instruction, wherein the adjustment modes comprise a first adjustment mode and a second adjustment mode; and obtaining an adjustment instruction corresponding to the target adjustment mode, and executing the adjustment instruction. According to the method, a plurality of adjusting modes are provided for a rider, so that the rider can select a more appropriate mode according to different riding states, adjustment is not limited by a parking mode any more, the saddle can be automatically adjusted only by sending a corresponding adjusting instruction, and therefore the problem that in the prior art, the riding efficiency is high is solved. The problems that people need to adjust the bicycle in a non-riding state, so that the adjusting process is tedious and not convenient enough are solved.
