The invention provides a mobile charging vehicle, a charging position correction method and a charging method. The charging vehicle is provided with a charging seat, a main direct current conversion module, a vehicle end industrial personal computer, an energy storage module and an intelligent driving system; the main direct current conversion module generates an external power supply into a charging power supply and supplies the charging power supply to the energy storage unit, and generates a power supply of the energy storage module into a power supply and supplies the power supply to the intelligent driving system. And the vehicle end industrial personal computer realizes information interaction between the cloud platform and each device at the vehicle end. An energy storage management system in the energy storage module can control the working states of an energy storage unit, a main direct current conversion module and an intelligent driving system according to the cloud signal, the whole vehicle state information and the state information of a charging mechanical arm connected to a charging seat, so that the mobile charging vehicle realizes automatic pile finding and charging; through interaction of the cloud platform and the mobile charging vehicle and an automatic driving technology, manpower participation in the charging process is greatly reduced, the automation level of charging of the charging vehicle is improved, and the operation cost is reduced.

    本发明提出了一种移动充电车、补电位置矫正方法和补电方法。充电车设置有补电座、主直流转换模块、车端工控机、储能模块和智能驾驶系统;主直流转换模块将外部电源生成补电电源并供给储能单元,还将储能模块的电源生成动力电源并供给智能驾驶系统。车端工控机实现云平台与车端各设备之间的信息交互。储能模块中的储能管理系统可以根据云信号、整车状态信息和补电座接入的补电机械臂状态信息,控制储能单元、主直流转换模块和智能驾驶系统的工作状态,使移动充电车实现了自动找桩补电,利用云平台和移动充电车的交互以及自动驾驶技术,大大减少了补电过程中的人力参与,提高了充电车补电的自动化水平,降低了运营成本。
