The invention provides an air conditioner temperature control method, a server, a vehicle terminal and a system.The air conditioner temperature control method comprises the steps that user information, vehicle operation parameters and vehicle environment parameters sent by the vehicle terminal are received, and the user information, the vehicle operation parameters and the vehicle environment parameters are input into an air conditioner temperature prediction model; the air conditioner temperature prediction model is used for predicting the probability that the user sets the air conditioner temperature of each gear one by one, the predicted air conditioner temperature is obtained, and the predicted air conditioner temperature is sent to the vehicle terminal so that the vehicle terminal can control the air conditioner temperature. According to the air conditioner temperature control method, through the trained air conditioner temperature prediction model, the optimal air conditioner temperature meeting the user setting requirement can be predicted according to the user information, the vehicle operation parameters and the vehicle environment parameters, and therefore the vehicle air conditioner is controlled to reach the predicted air conditioner temperature; the tedious operation process that a user adjusts the air conditioner temperature according to needs is avoided.
