The invention relates to a scratch-resistant and wear-resistant high-strength PVC/ABS and PS/ABS double-layer composite automotive interior skin and a preparation method thereof. The interior skin comprises the following raw materials: 50-100 parts of PVC resin with the polymerization degree of 1300; 30 to 70 parts of ABS resin; 20-40 parts of powdered nitrile rubber; 1.5-3 parts of a PC/ABS alloy film; 5 to 20 parts of dioctyl sebacate; 50 to 75 parts of trioctyl trimellitate; 5 to 10 parts of antimony trioxide; 8-12 parts of zinc borate; 20 to 60 parts of filler; 10-15 parts of a calcium-zinc heat stabilizer; 0.4 to 0.6 part of an external lubricant; 0.5-1 part of an internal lubricant; 3-10 parts of a processing aid; and 1-5 parts of a matt agent. According to the invention, ABS is used as an adhesive, a benzene ring in ABS can be well combined with a benzene ring in PC, PC/ABS is used as a surface layer and is subjected to double-layer lamination with the PVC/ABS film, so that the surface hardness of a product is improved, the original physical and chemical characteristics are maintained, the scratch resistance of the automotive trim skin can be effectively improved, the process can be simplified, and the environmental pollution can be reduced.
