The invention provides a traffic flow prediction method based on spatio-temporal information fusion and a storage medium. The method comprises the following steps: constructing a space graph, a time graph and a time similarity graph among road network nodes; fusing the space diagram, the time diagram and the time similar diagram into a space-time information fusion matrix; extracting spatio-temporal information from the spatio-temporal information fusion matrix by adopting a spatio-temporal diagram convolution module; extracting multi-scale time information from the spatio-temporal information fusion matrix by adopting a multi-channel gated convolutional network module; and fusing the spatio-temporal information and the multi-scale time information to obtain a prediction result. The hidden space-time dependency relationship is captured by fusing the space-time information fusion matrix, and the space-time association between road network nodes is comprehensively learned; the spatio-temporal information and the multi-scale time information are extracted from the spatio-temporal information fusion matrix and fused to obtain a prediction result, and the prediction effect is more accurate.

    本发明提供一种基于时空信息融合的交通流量预测方法和存储介质。本发明方法,包括:构建路网节点间的空间图、时间图和时间相似图;将空间图、时间图和时间相似图融合成时空信息融合矩阵;采用时空图卷积模块从时空信息融合矩阵提取出时空信息;采用多通道门控卷积网络模块从时空信息融合矩阵提取出多尺度时间信息;将时空信息和多尺度时间信息融合得到预测结果。通过融合时空信息融合矩阵,捕获隐藏的时空依赖关系,全面学习路网节点间的时空关联;从时空信息融合矩阵提取出时空信息和多尺度时间信息并融合得到预测结果,预测效果更加准确。
