The evaluation system comprises a perception complexity measurement module; the perception complexity measurement module is configured to obtain point cloud data corresponding to scene frames in a traffic scene; processing the point cloud data by using the trained Gaussian mixture network detection model to obtain the perception complexity of the scene frame; the perception complexity comprises any uncertainty and cognitive uncertainty; the Gaussian mixture network detection model comprises a target detection sub-model and a Gaussian mixture network sub-model, and the target detection sub-model is used for performing feature extraction on the point cloud data to obtain a feature map corresponding to the point cloud data and obtaining a classification result of a target object in the scene frame based on the feature map; the Gaussian mixture network sub-model is used for performing detection frame regression on the feature map to obtain Gaussian mixture distribution of bounding box parameters of a detection frame corresponding to the target object, and the perception complexity of the scene frame is calculated according to the Gaussian mixture distribution of the bounding box parameters of the detection frame.
