The invention relates to the technical field of solid tires, and discloses a solid tire base rubber material, which is prepared from the following components in parts by mass: 9 to 12 parts of self-processing rubber, 72 to 120 parts of special line rubber, 8 to 15 parts of fiber line wool, 2 to 5 parts of phenolic resin, 0.01 to 0.05 part of scorch retarder CTP, 0.1 to 0.5 part of accelerant HMT and 0.2 to 0.8 part of sulfur. The solid tire base rubber material has the advantages of being good in rigidity, large in hardness, small in stiffness deformation, small in expansion coefficient, low in heat generation and the like, and therefore the ring sliding phenomenon caused by hub internal expansion due to tire heat generation is fundamentally eliminated; the heat generation of the tire is reduced, so that the conditions of cracks, chipping and the like caused by damage to rubber due to thermal aging are eliminated, and meanwhile, the heat resistance of the tire is improved, so that the serious problems of expansion, ring sliding, burst and the like caused by temperature rise of a solid tire are solved.
本发明涉及实心轮胎技术领域,公开了一种实心轮胎基部胶料,按照质量份数计包括:自加工胶9‑12份、特制线胶72‑120份、纤维线毛8‑15份、酚醛树脂2‑5份、防焦剂CTP 0.01‑0.05份、促进剂HMT 0.1‑0.5份及硫磺0.2‑0.8份;该实心轮胎基部胶料具有刚性好、硬度大、挺变形小、膨胀系数小、低生热等优点,因而从根本上消除了轮胎生热导致的毂内胀大而产生的滑圈现象;降低了轮胎的生热,从而消除了由于热老化对橡胶的损坏而导致的裂口、掉块等情况,同时提高了轮胎的耐热性能,从而解决了实心轮胎因温升导致的胀大、滑圈、爆裂等严重问题。
