The invention relates to a simple hole edge lifting device and a mounting method.The lifting device comprises two column foot steel pipes, two supporting steel pipes, a steel wire rope and an electric hoist, the diameter and length of the supporting steel pipes are larger than those of the column foot steel pipes, and the two column foot steel pipes are fixed to the ground on one side of a hole edge side by side at intervals; the connecting line of the two column foot steel pipes is parallel to the edge line of the hole limb, the bottoms of the two supporting steel pipes are arranged on the two column foot steel pipes in a sleeved mode respectively, through holes are symmetrically formed in the top ends of the two supporting steel pipes, and the top ends of the two supporting steel pipes intersect and are fixed together through fixing bolts. One end of a steel wire rope connected with the electric hoist penetrates through the top ends of the two supporting steel pipes and then is connected with a hoisted object, and the rope fixing end of the steel wire rope for fixing the electric hoist is fixed to an existing structural system or fixed to a foundation installed on the ground. A fixing point or an installation point of a foot margin on an existing structural system is located on a perpendicular bisector of a connecting line of two column foot steel pipes.
本发明涉及一种简易的洞口临边起吊装置及安装方法,起吊装置包括两个柱脚钢管、两个支撑钢管、钢丝绳索以及电动葫芦,支撑钢管的直径及长度均大于柱脚钢管的直径及长度,两个柱脚钢管并排且间隔固定在洞口临边一侧的地面上,两个柱脚钢管的连接线平行于洞口临边的边线,两个支撑钢管的底部各自套进两个柱脚钢管上,两个支撑钢管的顶端对称开设贯通孔,两个支撑钢管的顶端交叉且用固定螺栓固定在一起,连接电动葫芦的钢丝绳索其一端穿过两个支撑钢管的顶端后与吊装物连接,固定电动葫芦的钢丝绳索其绳索固定端固定在现有结构体系上或者固定在安装于地面上的地脚上,现有结构体系上的固定点或地脚的安装点位于两个柱脚钢管连线的垂直平分线上。
