The invention relates to the technical field of box culvert hoisting, and provides a prefabricated box culvert safe hoisting device which comprises an inner frame and an outer frame and further comprises a shear fork frame, a supporting structure, a distance adjusting structure and a box culvert limiting structure, the outer frame is arranged above the inner frame, the outer frame and the inner frame are connected through the box culvert limiting structure, and the box culvert limiting structure is arranged on the outer frame. The inner frame is used for limiting the position of the box culvert between the outer frame and the inner frame, the inner frame comprises two hoisting battens, the two hoisting battens are movably connected with the shear fork frame through a distance adjusting structure, the distance adjusting structure is used for adjusting the distance between the two hoisting battens, and supporting structures used for adjusting the height of the hoisting battens are arranged at the bottoms of the two hoisting battens. The problems of uneven stress, deflection, shaking and the like in the box culvert hoisting process are solved, and the box culvert hoisting safety is improved.

    本发明涉及箱涵吊装技术领域,提供了一种预制箱涵安全吊装装置,包括内架和外架,还包括剪叉架、支撑结构、调距结构和箱涵限位结构,内架上方设置外架,外架与内架通过箱涵限位结构相连,箱涵限位结构设置在外架上,用于限制外架与内架之间的箱涵位置,内架包括两块吊装条板,两块吊装条板通过调距结构与剪叉架活动相连,调距结构用于调节两块吊装条板之间的间距,两块吊装条板底部均设有用于调节吊装条板高度的支撑结构。本发明解决了箱涵吊装过程中受力不均、歪斜、晃动等问题,提高了箱涵吊装的安全性。
