The invention belongs to the field of electric helicopter energy system architecture design, and particularly relates to a hydrogen-electricity hybrid power energy system architecture and an energy distribution method. A fuel cell and a lithium battery provide high-voltage electricity for a direct-current bus bar through a DC/DC converter and a charging and discharging management unit respectively; a motor controller controls an electric propulsion motor to operate by acquiring high voltage of a direct current bus bar, so that propellers/rotors are driven to provide flight power for the unmanned helicopter, power control over a fuel cell and a lithium battery is achieved through a DC/DC converter and a charging and discharging management unit on the basis of a specific unmanned helicopter load power requirement profile, and the unmanned helicopter is controlled to fly. The advantages of the fuel cell and the lithium battery are exerted to the maximum extent, an efficient hybrid energy storage system is formed, and efficient management of energy is achieved. An electric propulsion motor and a motor controller are important parts for realizing energy conversion, and optimal electric energy utilization is realized by adopting an efficient vector control algorithm.
