The invention relates to an unmanned aerial vehicle with telescopic rotor wings. The unmanned aerial vehicle with the telescopic rotor wings comprises a body, the rotor wings and a telescopic mechanism, the telescopic mechanism comprises a movable rod, a traction assembly and a lifting driver, one end of the movable rod can be rotationally installed on the body around the axis of the movable rod, the other end of the movable rod is connected to the rotor wings, and when the movable rod is in a first state, the movable rod is obliquely arranged on the body; one end of the traction assembly is connected with the movable rod, the other end of the traction assembly is connected with the output end of the lifting driver, and the lifting driver is arranged in the body and used for driving the traction assembly to ascend and descend to drive the movable rod to rotate towards or away from the lifting driver. By means of the arrangement, contraction or extension of the rotor wings is conveniently achieved, and therefore when the unmanned aerial vehicle needs to fly in a narrow area, the size of the rotor wings extending towards the outer side of the body can be reduced, occupied space is reduced, and the application range of the unmanned aerial vehicle is expanded.
