The invention discloses a satellite in-orbit mooring aggregation system and method. The system comprises a variable stiffness structure, a tail end flexible control aircraft, a magnetic butt joint A and a hand-eye camera. The tail end flexible control aircraft is connected with the tracking star through a variable stiffness structure; and a magnetic butt joint A and a hand-eye camera are mounted at the tail end of the tail-end flexible control aircraft. By means of the satellite in-orbit mooring aggregation scheme, the docking process is simplified, the weight and cost of a docking mechanism are reduced, the requirement for attitude keeping precision in the docking process is lowered, and flexible platform docking can be achieved.
