The invention provides a method for folding a cylindrical inflatable sealed cabin. The cylindrical inflatable sealed cabin can be symmetrical in shape after being folded, few in folding marks, efficient in folding rate and high in reliability. The method specifically comprises the steps that vacuumizing operation is conducted on the inflatable sealed cabin through vacuumizing equipment, compression points are evenly arranged on the center face of a cylindrical section of the inflatable sealed cabin in the circumferential direction, and force is evenly applied along the compression points, so that the inflatable sealed cabin is evenly shrunk in the radial direction; meanwhile, Z-shaped folding is adopted in the axis direction of the inflatable sealed cabin, and axial folding is conducted to the maximum extent according to the minimum folding radius corresponding to the thickness of the multiple layers of protective films.
本发明提出一种圆柱状类充气密封舱折叠方法,能够实现折叠后形状对称,折痕少,高效折叠率、高可靠展开。具体为:利用抽真空设备对充气密封舱进行抽真空操作,在所述充气密封舱的圆柱段中心面处周向均匀布置压缩点,沿压缩点均匀施力,使得充气密封舱沿径向均匀收缩;同时,沿所述充气密封舱轴线方向,采用“Z”字形折叠,按照多层防护薄膜厚度对应的最小折叠半径,最大限度地轴向折叠。
