The tractable steering type electric drive-by-wire transfer trailer comprises a transfer frame, four supporting columns are fixedly installed at the positions, close to the four corners, of the bottom of the transfer frame, and a right front hub and a left front hub are fixedly installed at the bottom ends of the front two supporting columns correspondingly; a right rear hub and a left rear hub are fixedly installed at the bottom ends of the two rear supporting columns respectively, a right front tire is fixedly installed on the right front hub, a left front tire is fixedly installed on the left front hub, a right rear tire is fixedly installed on the right rear hub, and a left rear tire is fixedly installed on the left rear hub. When a vehicle head rotates leftwards, a traction rod is driven to rotate leftwards, a traction plate is driven to rotate leftwards through rotation of the traction rod, a fourth connecting rod is driven to rotate through leftward rotation of the traction plate, accordingly, a left front hub is driven to rotate, meanwhile, a left piston rod and a right piston rod are driven to move, and then steering of a right front hub is achieved; the steering speed is determined according to the steering speed of the vehicle head, so that steering is more stable and reliable.
本发明涉及一种可牵引转向式电动线控转运拖车,它包括运转车架,所述运转车架底部靠近四角位置处固定安装有四个支撑柱,其中前两个支撑柱底端分别固定安装有右前轮毂和左前轮毂,后两个支撑柱底端分别固定安装有右后轮毂和左后轮毂,所述右前轮毂上固定安装有右前轮胎,所述左前轮毂上固定安装有左前轮胎,所述右后轮毂上固定安装有右后轮胎,所述左后轮毂上固定安装有左后轮胎。本发明当车头向左转向时,带动牵引杆向左转动,通过牵引杆的转动带动牵引板向左转动,通过牵引板向左转动带动第四连杆转动,从而带动左前轮毂转动,同时带动左活塞杆与右活塞杆运动,进而实现右前轮毂转向,转向的速度根据车头转向速度而定,使转向更为平稳可靠。
