The invention discloses a vehicle hydraulic brake auxiliary system introducing a brake pedal displacement signal and a control method, the vehicle hydraulic brake auxiliary system comprises a brake pedal, the brake pedal is connected with a brake master cylinder through a push rod, and the brake pedal is connected with a displacement sensor; the brake master cylinder is connected with the electronic stability control module through a hydraulic pipeline, and the electronic stability control module is provided with a pressure sensor. The electronic stability control module is connected with calipers and a brake disc through hydraulic pipelines, and a wheel speed sensor is arranged on one side of the brake disc. The vehicle hydraulic braking auxiliary control method comprises the steps that whether a hydraulic auxiliary braking system is started or not is judged through a wheel speed sensor, a displacement sensor and a pressure sensor, and a vehicle is controlled to conduct emergency braking. According to the system, the state of the vehicle, the pressure increasing rate of the main cylinder and the displacement of the brake pedal are judged through the three sets of sensors, the hydraulic brake auxiliary function is accurately and rapidly triggered, and the reliability of the whole system is improved.

    本发明公开了一种引入制动踏板位移信号的车辆液压制动辅助系统和控制方法,包括一种车辆液压制动辅助系统,包括:制动踏板,制动踏板通过推杆和制动主缸连接,制动踏板连接有位移传感器;制动主缸通过液压管线和电子稳定性控制模块连接,电子稳定性控制模块设置有压力传感器;电子稳定性控制模块通过液压管线连接有卡钳和制动盘,制动盘一侧设置有轮速传感器。车辆液压制动辅助控制方法,包括:通过轮速传感器、位移传感器、压力传感器判断是否启动液压辅助制动系统,控制车辆进行紧急制动。本发明,通过三组传感器对车辆的状态、主缸压力增加速率以及制动踏板位移进行判断,准确、快速地触发液压制动辅助功能,提高整个系统的可靠性。
