The hydraulic control system comprises a duplex hydraulic pump; a first port of the lifting unit is connected with the first gear pump, a second port of the lifting unit is connected with a lifting oil cylinder of the dumper, a third port of the lifting unit is connected with the oil tank, and the lifting unit is used for unloading to enable oil to flow back into the oil tank when a lifting instruction is not received; a first port of the braking unit is connected with the duplex gear pump, a second port and a third port of the braking unit are connected with a braking device of the dumper, and the braking unit is used for storing oil liquid when the braking instruction is not received and driving the braking device to conduct braking action through the stored oil liquid when the braking instruction is received; the steering unit is used for driving a steering oil cylinder to conduct steering action through the stored oil liquid when the steering instruction is received, and supplying the remaining oil liquid to the first gear pump when the steering instruction is not received. Thus, power consumption is reduced while protecting system elements.
