The invention relates to the technical field of charging piles, in particular to a manufacturing method of a pile body and a door plate of a charging pile. The manufacturing method of the pile body of the charging pile comprises the steps that a plate body part of the pile body is made into a split type structure according to a pre-designed pile body color dividing line, different colors are sprayed to all split type parts, and all the sprayed split type parts are sealed and spliced on a pile body frame to form the pile body. After the split parts are spliced, splicing seams are formed at the splicing parts of the adjacent split parts, so that obvious color layering is formed at the splicing seams of the adjacent split parts, the color difference is distinct, the transition at the arc corners of the plate body is natural, and the burr phenomenon is avoided; and each split part is subjected to color spraying independently, and the problem that spraying protection is difficult due to the fact that the pile body is large in size is solved.

    本发明涉及充电桩技术领域,尤其涉及一种充电桩的桩体及门板的制造方法。充电桩的桩体的制造方法包括将桩体的板体部分按照预先设计好的桩体颜色分割线做成分体式结构,每个分体部分上分别喷涂不同颜色,将喷涂后的各分体部分在桩体框架上进行密封拼合而形成桩体。各分体部分拼合后在相邻分体部分的拼接部位形成拼接缝,使相邻分体部分在拼接缝处形成明显的颜色分层,色差鲜明,且在板体的圆弧角处过渡自然,不会出现毛边现象;而且对每个分体部分分别单独进行颜色喷涂,也避免了桩体体积较大而导致喷涂保护困难的问题。
