The embodiment of the invention discloses an automatic start-stop system of an electric loader and a control method of the automatic start-stop system. The control method of the automatic start-stop system of the electric loader comprises the steps that current state signals of an accelerator pedal, a brake pedal, a gear shifting handle and a walking motor are collected, and whether timing is conducted or not is judged; when the timing is larger than or equal to a preset threshold value, the walking motor and the hydraulic motor enter a preset working mode, and when the timing is smaller than the preset threshold value, the timing returns to zero, and the current state signals of the accelerator pedal, the brake pedal, the gear shifting handle and the walking motor continue to be collected; when the double motors enter a shutdown state, the walking motor and the hydraulic motor are powered off, and the double motors comprise the walking motor and the hydraulic motor; and when the accelerator pedal, the brake pedal and the gear shifting handle are kept in the initial state, the double motors are kept in the shutdown state, and when the double motors do not meet the shutdown condition, the double motors enter the starting state. The problem of power consumption caused by unnecessary working time of the electric loader can be solved, the energy-saving effect of the vehicle is improved, and the endurance mileage is increased.

    本发明实施例公开了一种电动装载机自动启停系统及其控制方法。电动装载机自动启停系统的控制方法包括:采集加速踏板、制动踏板、换挡手柄以及行走电机的当前状态信号并判断是否进行计时;当计时大于等于预设阈值时,行走电机与液压电机进入预设工作模式,当计时小于预设阈值时,计时归零,继续采集加速踏板、制动踏板、换挡手柄以及行走电机的当前状态信号;当双电机进入停机状态,行走电机与液压电机下电,双电机包括行走电机与液压电机;当加速踏板、制动踏板以及换挡手柄保持初始状态时,双电机保持停机,双电机不满足停机条件时,双电机进入启动状态。本发明可改善电动装载机非必要工作时间带来的电耗问题,提升车辆节能效果,提高续航里程。
