The invention discloses a braking control method and system for a maglev train, and the method comprises the steps: triggering the maximum-stage falling braking when the emergency braking is triggered, controlling all suspension electromagnets to be powered off according to the maximum-stage falling braking, and executing the falling braking; when emergency braking is not triggered, the whole vehicle braking force is calculated according to a braking instruction, the electric braking force and the vehicle falling braking force are distributed according to the whole vehicle braking force, electric braking is executed according to the distributed electric braking force, the vehicle falling braking grade is calculated according to the distributed vehicle falling braking force, and the corresponding number of suspension electromagnets are controlled to be powered off according to the vehicle falling braking grade; and parking braking is executed. A hydraulic braking system is omitted, and the problems that due to the hydraulic braking system, the weight is large, the number of components is large, and maintenance and overhaul are inconvenient are solved.
本发明公开了一种磁浮列车制动控制方法及系统,所述制动控制方法包括在触发紧急制动时,触发最大级落车制动,根据最大级落车制动控制所有悬浮电磁铁失电,执行落车制动;在未触发紧急制动时,根据制动指令计算出整车制动力,根据整车制动力分配电制动力和落车制动力,根据分配的电制动力执行电制动、根据分配的落车制动力计算出落车制动等级,根据落车制动等级控制对应数量的悬浮电磁铁失电,执行落车制动。本发明取消了液压制动系统,解决了因存在液压制动系统导致重量大、部件多、对维修和检修造成不便的问题。
