The invention provides a whole vehicle high-voltage power-on control method and device. The method comprises the steps that all high-voltage power-on and power-off power sources on a target vehicle are monitored in real time; monitoring a power-on request and a power-off request of a high-voltage power supply in real time; according to the power-on request and the power-off request, determining a request jumping state of a high-voltage power-on and power-off source; wherein the request jumping state is a dense power-on and power-off jumping state, a relatively dense power-on and power-off jumping state or a loose but abnormal power-on and power-off jumping state; and controlling the VCU of the target vehicle to execute corresponding high-voltage power-on delay processing according to the request jumping state. Therefore, according to the method and device, all high-voltage power-on sources can be monitored in real time through the vehicle control unit, and when it is recognized that the high-voltage power-on sources are abnormal, the battery management system is reasonably controlled to execute high-voltage power-on and high-voltage power-off, so that over-charging resistance of a power battery is avoided, and adhesion of an active main negative relay is avoided; and unnecessary damage and maintenance to the whole vehicle are avoided.

    本申请提供一种整车高压上电控制方法及装置,该方法包括:实时监测目标车辆上所有的高压上下电源;实时监控高压上下电源的上电请求和下电请求;根据上电请求和下电请求确定高压上下电源的请求跳动状态;其中,请求跳动状态为密集上电下电跳动状态、较密集上电下电跳动状态或者宽松但不正常的上电下电跳动状态;根据请求跳动状态控制目标车辆的VCU执行相应的高压上电延迟处理。可见,该方法及装置能够通过整车控制器实时监测所有的高压上电来源,在识别到高压上电源头异常时,合理控制电池管理系统执行上下高压,从而避免动力电池预充电阻过温和避免主动主负继电器粘连,避免对整车造成不必要的损伤和维修。
