The invention discloses a vehicle-mounted lithium battery collision thermal runaway early warning method and system, and relates to the technical field of lithium batteries, and the system comprises a lithium battery monitoring module, a battery management module, an early warning module and a suppression module. According to the main method, the lithium battery monitoring module is used for collecting the characteristic physical quantity, the collected data are input into the battery management module, the battery management module is used for processing and storing the data, and early warning is carried out on the thermal runaway of the battery based on a combined neural network model. The method comprises the following steps: firstly, smoothing and normalizing collected data; further predicting the failure state of the battery based on the LSTM model; if the battery is predicted to be invalid, the CNN-LSTM fusion model is used to predict the temperature change trend of the battery; and finally, triggering a corresponding early warning level by using the predicted battery failure condition and the temperature, and triggering a suppression module to perform corresponding suppression operation. The result shows that the tested battery can trigger early warning before thermal runaway.

    本发明公开了一种车载锂电池碰撞热失控预警方法及系统,涉及锂电池技术领域,该系统包括锂电池监测模块、电池管理模块、预警模块与抑制模块。主要方法是通过锂电池监测模块对其特征物理量进行采集,将采集的数据输入电池管理模块,电池管理模块对于数据进行处理和保存,并基于组合神经网络模型对电池的热失控进行预警。首先对采集的数据进行平滑和归一化处理;进一步基于LSTM模型对电池的失效状态进行预测;若预测电池失效,再利用CNN‑LSTM融合模型对电池的温度变化趋势进行预测;最后利用预测的电池失效情况以及温度的大小,来触发相应的预警级别,并触发抑制模块进行相应的抑制操作;结果表明所测试的电池均能在热失控以前触发预警。
