The invention relates to high-strength strip steel with high surface quality and a production method and application thereof, and belongs to the technical field of hot-rolled strip steel preparation. The method comprises the steps that a steel billet is heated, and the tapping temperature of heating ranges from 1165 DEG C to 1195 DEG C; carrying out rough rolling on the heated steel billet to obtain an intermediate billet; the intermediate billet is subjected to finish rolling and then cooled, and the high-strength strip steel is obtained; and the tapping temperature of heating is controlled to be 1165-1195 DEG C, so that the influence on the surface quality of the strip steel caused by too thick raw iron sheets in the furnace is avoided, and the problem that the surface quality of the high-strength strip steel is poor at present is solved.

    本申请涉及一种高表面质量的高强带钢及其生产方法和应用,属于热轧带钢制备技术领域;方法包括:对钢坯进行加热,所述加热的出炉温度为1165~1195℃;对所述加热后的所述钢坯进行粗轧,得到中间坯;对所述中间坯进行精轧,后进行冷却,得到高强带钢;通过控制加热的出炉温度为1165~1195℃,避免炉生铁皮过厚导致对带钢表面质量的影响,进而实现改善目前高强带钢表面质量不佳的问题。
