According to the aircraft self-locking power supply system, a relay 1P and a self-locking unit are connected to a power supply circuit in parallel, the relay 1P is grounded after sequentially passing through a power-on switch and a maintenance switch, the maintenance switch is normally closed, and a switch of the relay 1P is connected into the power supply circuit; the self-locking unit comprises an undercarriage landing switch and a relay 2P which are connected in series, the control low ends of the relay 2P and the relay 1P are grounded after passing through a switch of the relay 2P, and the relay 1P is controlled by a power-on switch. A driver does not need to pay attention to power-on and power-off of a single system and the power-on time sequence of each system, and meanwhile various faults caused by improper power-on time sequence of each system are automatically avoided.
