The invention provides an intelligent judgment method and device for rotation entering of a helicopter. The method comprises the steps that 1, a helicopter power failure flight database is established; 2, engine parameters and flight state parameters are selected according to the dynamic failure characteristics, and data processing is carried out on the engine parameters and the flight state parameters; step 3, an LM (Levenberg-Marquardt) algorithm is used to construct a training learning method of the neural network; 4, according to a training learning method of a neural network, the helicopter power failure flight database, the engine parameters and the flight state parameters, determining a network structure and training the network to obtain a trained neural network structure; and 5, obtaining an autorotation judgment result by using the trained neural network structure.
