The invention discloses a low-density heavy coating sound insulation material based on hollow filler and a preparation method and application thereof, the preparation method comprises the following steps: S1, pre-mixing POE, LLDPE and black masterbatch, then adding an antioxidant and an auxiliary agent into the pre-mixed material for material plasticization, and then sequentially adding white oil, CaCO3 and hollow glass beads; s2, extrusion is conducted through a plain end die, and a sheet-shaped base material is obtained; s3, calendaring, cooling and shaping; and S4, compounding non-woven fabric on the front surface of the cooled and shaped sheet, and performing corona surface treatment on the back surface to obtain the low-density heavy coating sound insulation material based on the hollow filler. The hollow glass beads are used for filling so as to reduce the formula density of a traditional heavy coating sound insulation material, and light weight of automobile sound insulation parts is realized while other properties are not reduced, so that the energy consumption is reduced. And meanwhile, the surface of the product is subjected to polarization treatment through a high-voltage arc, so that the adhesion between the re-coated sheet and the PU foaming material in the later period is improved.
本发明公开了一种基于中空填料的低密度重涂层隔音材料、制备方法及其应用,其制备方法包括以下步骤:S1、将POE、LLDPE、黑色母预混合,然后向预混合后物料中加入抗氧剂、助剂进行物料塑化,再依次加入白油、CaCO3、中空玻璃微珠;S2、通过平口模具挤出,获得片状基材;S3、压光,并冷却定型;S4、将冷却定型后的片材正面复合无纺布,背面进行电晕表面处理,即获得基于中空填料的低密度重涂层隔音材料。本发明利用中空玻璃微珠填充以降低传统重涂层隔音材料配方密度,保证不降低其他性能的同时实现汽车隔音零件轻量化,从而降低能耗。同时,通过高压电弧在产品表面极化处理,增加重涂层片材后期与PU发泡材料的粘接性。
