By arranging the synchronous wheel assembly, the synchronous wheel assembly drives the wire stranding assembly to act, so that the two sets of U-shaped wire stranding wheels move back and forth on the reciprocating lead screw to strand the traveling cable, the traveling cable is arranged and wound on the winding assembly in order, and the situation that the cable is crossed and clamped or the smoothness of take-up and pay-off is affected is prevented.
