The invention belongs to the technical field of aviation assembly, and relates to a brake exhaust integrated device and an exhaust test method.The brake exhaust integrated device comprises a supporting column, the top of the supporting column is an inclined face, a trapezoidal groove is formed in the inclined face of the top of the supporting column, and eight oil pipes are arranged between the bottom face of the trapezoidal groove and the top face of the supporting column and used for being connected with eight exhaust nuts on an airplane wheel respectively; according to the invention, the problems that in the existing exhaust test process, one operator is needed at each joint, and a single operator at the other end needs to hold four ethylene pipes at the same time to observe which specific airplane wheels are easy to mix, so that the test efficiency is improved are solved. The operation is inconvenient; and the discharged hydraulic oil is easy to scatter.

    本发明属于航空装配技术领域,涉及一种刹车排气集成装置及排气试验方法,包括支柱,所述的支柱顶部为斜面,所述支柱顶部斜面上设置梯形槽,所述梯形槽底面与支柱顶面之间设置有8根油管,8根油管分别用于与机轮上的8个排气螺母连接,所述的梯形槽上设置有与8根油管对应的定位标识,本发明解决了现有的排气试验过程中,每个接头处均需一个操作人员进行,另外一端单个操作人员需同时握住四根乙烯管进行观察过容易对具体哪个机轮产生混淆,且操作不便容易将排出的液压油洒落的问题。
