The active buoyancy adjusting module receives a buoyancy adjusting instruction of the computing control module and controls a hydraulic pump to inject hydraulic oil of a specified volume into an outer oil bag making contact with seawater. The passive buoyancy compensation module receives a buoyancy compensation instruction of the operation control module and controls a fourth two-way electromagnetic valve, an oil quantity sensor, a two-position electromagnetic valve and an air pump to inject a compensation liquid with a specified volume into a compensation oil bag in contact with seawater when the passive buoyancy compensation module is on the water surface; the marine environment sensing module measures temperature, salinity and depth parameters of surrounding seawater in real time and feeds back measurement results to the computing control module.
