The invention relates to a marine Magnus stabilization device optimization platform considering a variable diameter ratio. According to the platform, firstly, the parameter input module is used for acquiring parameter information required by subsequent modules, performing certain processing on the parameter information, transmitting the parameter information to a corresponding working mode, and finally outputting the parameter information to the lift force calculation module and the platform simulation module; secondly, a variable cross-section radius change expression is introduced through a lift force calculation module, and hydrodynamic analysis is conducted on the variable-diameter cylindrical stabilization device to obtain a theoretical lift force change rule of the variable-diameter cylindrical stabilization device; then receiving information input by the above modules through a platform simulation module and simulating stabilization devices with different reducing ratios to obtain hydrodynamic characteristics of the stabilization devices; finally, through a decision analysis module, simulation results are compared and analyzed, lift force correction parameters are given, and the reasonability of critical point selection is verified. According to the method, the analysis range of the hydrodynamic performance of the stabilization device is expanded, the calculation error is reduced, the model construction is enriched, and the optimization analysis of the stabilization device under different working conditions is realized.
