The invention relates to the technical field of engineering, and discloses a high-speed train operation safety and vibration comfort coupling evaluation method under wind shear, which comprises the following steps: calculating a train safety index overturning coefficient, pantograph displacement and a vehicle dynamic envelope and vibration comfort index based on environment information and vehicle information obtained by a target train in a high-speed running state; when the safety index overturning coefficient of the train is larger than a first preset threshold value, early warning is conducted; when the pantograph displacement and the vehicle dynamic envelope obtained by the monitoring system are greater than the pantograph displacement threshold value determined by calculation, the vehicle dynamic envelope threshold value performs early warning; when the vibration comfort degree index is greater than a second preset threshold value, performing early warning; obtaining a CWC curve based on overturning safety and vibration comfort through numerical solution, and controlling the vehicle according to the CWC curve based on overturning safety and vibration comfort under wind shear after early warning; according to the method, the problem that the vibration comfort and the safety risk cannot be judged at the same time through an existing comfort judgment method is solved.

    本发明涉及工程技术领域,公开了风切变下高速列车运行安全与振动舒适性耦合评估方法,包括:基于目标列车在高速行驶状态下得环境信息和车辆信息计算列车安全指标倾覆系数、受电弓位移以及车辆动态包络以及振动舒适性指标;当列车安全指标倾覆系数大于第一预设阈值时进行预警;当监测系统获取的受电弓位移、车辆动态包络大于计算确定的受电弓位移阈值、车辆动态包络阈值则进行预警;当振动舒适度指标大于第二预设阈值时进行预警;通过数值求解得到基于倾覆安全与振动舒适性的CWC曲线,并在出现预警后根据风切变下基于倾覆安全与振动舒适性的CWC曲线进行控车;本发明解决了现有的舒适性评判方法无法同时评判振动舒适性与安全风险的问题。
