The invention discloses an electric vehicle battery replacement processing method and device and electronic equipment. The method comprises the steps that first battery replacement decision information is sent to a first terminal, and the first battery replacement decision information at least comprises the number of electric vehicles in a plurality of battery replacement stations at the first moment, the electric quantity of each electric vehicle and the time when each electric vehicle reaches the corresponding battery replacement station; first battery replacement price information is received, the first battery replacement price information is obtained by the first terminal based on the received first battery replacement decision information, and the first battery replacement price information is used for indicating the battery replacement prices of the multiple battery replacement stations at the first moment; determining second power conversion decision information based on the first power conversion price information; and sending the second battery replacement decision information to the first terminal. According to the invention, the technical problem of low accuracy of a battery replacement processing result caused by incomplete consideration factors of an electric vehicle battery replacement processing method in the prior art is solved.
