The invention provides a hydrogen-electricity combined energy supply system and a hydrogen-electricity combined function method, and the system comprises a hydrogen storage device which is used for storing hydrogen; the electricity storage device is used for storing electric energy; the first input end of the energy conversion device is connected with the power supply, the second input end of the energy conversion device is connected with the hydrogen supply end, the first output end of the energy conversion device is connected with the hydrogen storage device, and the second output end of the energy conversion device is connected with the electricity storage device; the electricity storage device is supplemented with electric energy by using hydrogen provided by a power supply and/or a hydrogen supply end; the controller is connected with the energy conversion device and used for controlling the energy conversion device to supplement hydrogen or electric energy; the power device is connected with the hydrogen storage device and the electricity storage device and used for using hydrogen or electric energy to form power. The embodiment of the invention can improve the energy supply efficiency and reduce the cost.
