The invention provides an improved dust removal and ventilation device. The improved dust removal and ventilation device comprises a flow guide body and a filter screen, the flow guiding body comprises flow guiding bodies on the two sides, the flow guiding faces of the flow guiding bodies on the two sides are of a plane structure, a reserved gap is formed between every two adjacent flow guiding bodies on the two sides, the adjacent flow guiding bodies are prevented from being overlapped in the vertical direction and used for reducing the air inlet resistance when a carrier is in a static state, and the height of the protruding edges of the filter screen is not smaller than the preset height. The filter screen is formed by an injection molding process; compared with a two-side flow guide body with a cambered surface structure in the prior art, the two-side flow guide body with the plane structure solves the problem of flow detour, and more importantly, the plane flow guide surface is inclined and upward relative to airflow and has a great lifting effect on the airflow, so that the negative pressure of the next air outlet is increased, the airflow towards the outer side is formed, and the flow guide effect of the two-side flow guide body is improved. Equivalently, a blade which blows air outwards is additionally arranged at the air outlet, so that airflow at the air outlet is sucked to be discharged smoothly, airflow entering and discharging in the main channel are smooth, and the dust removal effect is greatly improved.

    本发明提供一种改进型除尘通风装置,包括导流体及滤网;所述导流体包括两侧导流体,两侧导流体的引流面为平面构造,相邻的所述两侧导流体之间设置有预留间隙,避免相邻所述导流体在垂直方向上重叠,用于减小载体静态时的进风阻力,所述滤网的凸楞高度不小于预设高度,滤网采用注塑工艺成型;平面构造的两侧导流体相比对现有技术中弧面构造的两侧导流体,解决了绕流问题,更主要的是,平面的引流面相对气流来说它是一个倾斜上扬的,对气流有很大的抬升作用,使其下一个出风口的负压增加,形成向外侧的气流,相当于在出风口加了一个向外鼓风的叶片,吸引出风口的气流顺利排出,使得主通道内进排气流顺畅,大大提高除尘效果。
