The invention discloses an urban road safety monitoring method and system based on the Internet of Vehicles. The method comprises the following steps: dividing an urban road into a plurality of monitoring areas by taking a road section as a unit; obtaining road basic information of each monitoring area and meteorological information of an urban area where each monitoring area is located in real time; acquiring vehicle information in each monitoring area in real time, and recording position coordinates of the corresponding vehicle at the moment when monitoring that the vehicle runs abnormally; confirming a safety risk type; carrying out risk assessment according to the influence degree of the safety risk on road operation and the damage degree of the safety risk on the vehicle; formulating a security risk disposal process library, and automatically triggering a disposal process; and marking the abnormal position of the vehicle as a safety risk point, uploading the safety risk point to the Internet of Vehicles, and carrying out early warning on the vehicle driving to the monitoring area. According to the invention, the information acquisition capability of the Internet of Vehicles is fully utilized, the road operation condition is monitored in real time, the disposal process is triggered in time for road maintenance, and the traffic safety is effectively guaranteed.

    本发明公开了一种基于车联网的城市道路安全监测方法和系统,包括:以路段为单位将城市道路划分为若干个监测区域;实时获取各监测区域的道路基本信息以及各监测区域所在城区的气象信息;实时获取各监测区域内的车辆信息,当监测到车辆行驶出现异常时,记录此时对应车辆的位置坐标;确认安全风险类型;根据安全风险对道路运行的影响程度以及对车辆的危害大小进行风险评估;制定安全风险处置流程库,自动触发处置流程;将车辆发生异常的位置标记为安全风险点,上传至车联网,用于对驶向该监测区域的车辆进行预警。本发明充分利用了车联网的信息采集能力,实时监测道路运行状况,并及时触发处置流程进行道路维护,有效保障交通安全。
