The invention discloses an online car-hailing distracted driving behavior identification method based on multi-source data, and the method comprises the steps: obtaining the vehicle kinematics data of an online car-hailing driver and the driving videos inside and outside a vehicle under a natural driving condition through a vehicle-mounted GPS device and a camera device inside and outside the vehicle; marking distraction driving behaviors according to the driving video in the vehicle, dividing the basic distraction events into four classes, and analyzing the facial expression of the driver to obtain emotion data; based on a dynamic time window concept, feature indexes representing driver control behaviors are constructed, and a multi-classification recognition model of distracted driving behaviors is constructed by fusing driver facial emotion features and utilizing an XGBoost algorithm. The driver emotion data is used for multi-classification identification of distraction driving behaviors, high identification accuracy is achieved in a natural driving scene, and technical support is provided for an online car-hailing platform to supervise the distraction driving behaviors of drivers and perfect a driving monitoring system.

    本发明公开了一种基于多源数据的网约车分心驾驶行为识别方法,通过车载GPS设备与车内外摄像装置,获取自然驾驶条件下网约车驾驶人的车辆运动学数据和车内外驾驶视频;根据车内驾驶视频标记分心驾驶行为,将基础分心事件划分为四类,并对驾驶人面部表情进行解析以获取情绪数据;基于动态时间窗概念构建表征驾驶人控制行为的特征指标,并融合驾驶人面部情绪特征,利用XGBoost算法构建分心驾驶行为的多分类识别模型。本发明将驾驶人情绪数据用于分心驾驶行为的多分类识别,在自然驾驶场景下实现了较高的识别准确率,为网约车平台对监管驾驶人分心驾驶行为、完善驾乘监测系统提供技术支持。
