The invention discloses a high tower type comprehensive meteorological platform design method and system, and relates to the technical field of weather risk assessment, and the method comprises the steps: constructing a basic platform, and carrying out the extraction and secondary processing of business data; a meteorological prediction data analysis service system and a meteorological model are established based on the WebGIS technology, and early warning is carried out according to the meteorological model; determining meteorological elements needing to be monitored according to meteorological monitoring requirements; deploying a monitoring device according to the meteorological elements needing to be monitored and constructing a visual model; preprocessing the acquired monitoring data and the extracted service data; and establishing a meteorological information transmission synchronization system according to the programming AOP technology. According to the invention, a ground road monitoring device is additionally arranged on a traditional meteorological platform and a visual model is constructed, traditional text information early warning is visualized, and visual road early warning is provided for a user by fully utilizing meteorological information monitored by the meteorological platform and monitoring equipment, so that the user can see whether the user has driven into an early warning area or not.

    本发明公开了一种高塔型综合气象平台设计方法及系统,涉及天气风险评估技术领域,包括:构建基础平台对业务数据进行提取并进行二次加工;基于WebGIS技术建立气象预测数据分析服务系统和气象模型根据气象模型并进行预警;根据气象监测要求,确定需要监测的气象要素;根据需要监测的气象要素部署监测装置并构建可视化模型;对获取的监测数据以及提取的业务数据进行预处理;根据编程AOP技术建立气象信息传输同步系统。本发明在传统的气象平台上额外部署地面道路监控装置以及构建可视化模型,将传统的文本信息预警进行可视化,充分利用气象平台所监测的气象信息以及监测设备对用户提供可视化的道路预警,可以看到自己是否已经驶入预警区域。
