The invention provides a rubber composition containing SSBR (Styrene Butadiene Rubber). Comprising 100-120 parts of solution polymerized styrene-butadiene rubber, 40-60 parts of butadiene rubber, 20-30 parts of polyurethane, 20-40 parts of a carbon black filler, 10-20 parts of white carbon black, 5-10 parts of tear-resistant resin, 8-12 parts of an anti-aging agent, 5-8 parts of sulfur, 10-20 parts of pine tar, 1-3 parts of a heat stabilizer, 3-5 parts of stearic acid, 1-3 parts of protective wax, 1-3 parts of an activator and 5-10 parts of modified epoxy resin, the modified epoxy resin is prepared from bisphenol A type epoxy resin, butadiene, acrylonitrile, 2-cyanoacrylate ethylene glycol monomethyl ether ester and acrylic acid, and a polyfunctional group polymer is prepared from the bisphenol A type epoxy resin, butadiene, acrylonitrile, 2-cyanoacrylate ethylene glycol monomethyl ether ester and acrylic acid. The SSBR-containing rubber composition provided by the invention has excellent tear strength and excellent wear resistance, and has better comprehensive performance compared with a comparative proportion.

    本发明提供了一种含有SSBR的橡胶组合物,以重量份计,包括溶聚丁苯橡胶100‑120份、顺丁橡胶40‑60份、聚氨基甲酸酯20‑30份、炭黑填充剂20‑40份、白炭黑10‑20份、抗撕裂树脂5‑10份、防老剂8‑12份、硫磺5‑8份、松焦油10‑20份、热稳定剂1‑3份、硬脂酸3‑5份、防护蜡1‑3份、活化剂1‑3份、和改性环氧树脂5‑10份,其中,所述改性环氧树脂由双酚A型环氧树脂与丁二烯、丙烯腈、2‑氰基丙烯酸乙二醇单甲醚酯、丙烯酸制得的多官能团聚合物制得。本发明提供的含有SSBR的橡胶组合物具有优异的撕裂强度和优异的耐磨性,较对比例具有更优的综合性能。
