本发明属于预制构件生产设备技术领域,具体涉及一种混凝土预制构件用翻板机,包括机架、圆弧导轨装置、移动夹板装置、承载平台装置和推板装置,所述机架包括底板,所述圆弧导轨装置对称设置在底板左端,所述移动夹板装置滑动安装在底板上,所述底板右侧设有立柱,所述承载平台装置右端铰接在立柱顶端,左端与圆弧导轨装置滚动接触,所述推板装置转动连接在承载平台装置上,推板装置和承载平台装置之间设有气缸推杆装置,本发明利用圆弧导轨装置和承载平台装置,配合移动夹板装置和推板装置,实现通过降低重心的方式对混凝土预制构件进行翻转,降低设备的功耗且翻转过程稳定可靠,同时能够调节混凝土预制构件至竖直状态,提高了设备的适用性。
