The invention discloses an omni-directional contact type operation aerial robot facing a complex environment. The omni-directional contact type operation aerial robot comprises a rotor wing unmanned aerial vehicle and an operation rod carried on the rotor wing unmanned aerial vehicle through a turnover frame. The roll-over stand comprises a roll-over ring and a fixed inner ring, the fixed inner ring is fixed with the rotor unmanned aerial vehicle, the roll-over ring sleeves the periphery of the fixed inner ring, the roll-over ring and the fixed inner ring are rotationally assembled, and the roll-over ring is connected with a driving part fixed relative to the rotor unmanned aerial vehicle through a transmission mechanism; the operation rod is fixedly connected with the turnover ring and extends out of the peripheral side face of the turnover ring, a tail end operation mechanism is arranged at the tail end of the operation rod, and a battery is arranged on the outer ring of the side, away from the operation rod, of the turnover ring and serves as a balance weight in the turnover swing process of the operation rod. The omni-directional aerial operation robot provided by the invention overcomes the defects of an existing rotor unmanned aerial vehicle on aerial contact type detection and maintenance tasks, and has the advantages of being compact in structure, flexible to control, capable of carrying out remote contact type detection on a complex facility environment and relatively high in anti-interference capability.

    本发明公开了一种面向复杂环境的全向接触式作业空中机器人,包括旋翼无人机以及通过翻转架搭载在旋翼无人机上的作业杆;翻转架包括翻转环和固定内环,固定内环与旋翼无人机固定,翻转环套在固定内环外周并与固定内环之间转动装配,翻转环通过传动机构与相对旋翼无人机固定的驱动部件连接;作业杆与翻转环固定连接并从翻转环外周侧面伸出,末端设有末端作业机构,翻转环在远离作业杆一侧的外圈设置电池,作为作业杆翻转摆动过程中的配重。本发明提供的一种全方向空中作业机器人解决了现有旋翼无人机对空中接触式探测与维护任务存在的不足,具有结构紧凑、控制灵活,能够对复杂设施环境进行远程接触式检测,且具有较高抗干扰能力。
