A concave hole is formed in the insulating shell, an anode is arranged in the concave hole, a cylindrical magnet is arranged in the insulating shell, the magnet is provided with a hollow structure with two through ends in the axial direction, the hollow structure and the through hole of the insulating shell are axially overlapped, and the upper surface of the cathode, the end face of the insulating shell embedded with the cathode and the upper surface of the anode are flush with one another. A power line penetrates through the insulator from the other end of the insulating shell and is connected with the anode and the cathode; when active control is needed, active flow control can be achieved by starting the device, and when active control is not needed, no energy is consumed, the flow characteristic of an original aircraft is not changed, and the control complexity of the original aircraft is not increased.

    本发明公开了一种基于磁控等离子体的涡流发生装置及设计方法,装置包括绝缘壳体,所述绝缘壳体的一个端面上设置有环形凹槽,所述环形凹槽内镶嵌有一体的阴极,所述环形凹槽的圆心处设置有贯穿绝缘壳体的凹孔,所述凹孔内设置有阳极,所述绝缘壳体内设置有圆柱形磁体,所述磁体沿着轴向具有两端贯穿的中空结构,所述中空结构与绝缘壳体的通孔轴向重叠,所述阴极的上表面、镶嵌阴极的绝缘壳体端面、阳极的上表面相互齐平,电源线从绝缘壳体的另一端穿过绝缘体与阳极和阴极连接;本发明在需要主动控制的工况时,通过开启该装置可实现流动主动控制,在不需要主动控制时,不耗费任何能量且不改变原有飞行器的流动特性,不增加原有飞行器的控制复杂性。
