The invention relates to a compact low-resistance high-efficiency water retaining device for an air conditioner, which adopts a three-layer frame structure, the first layer and the third layer are water retaining layers with silk screen structures, and the middle second layer is a liquid drop splashing layer. The silk screen in the silk screen structure water retaining layer is a stainless steel flat silk screen of 0.1 * 0.4 mm, and 140 meshes are formed in the width of 400 mm. According to the compact low-resistance efficient water retaining device for the air conditioner, the two main problems that under the high wind speed, the steam-water separation effect of the water retaining device is reduced, and how to prevent the air resistance of the water retaining device from being increased can be solved. The high-efficiency and low-resistance design of the water retaining device at the high wind speed is achieved, the water retaining device is more suitable for the special space environment requirement of a ship, and conditions are provided for application of a compact air conditioner of the ship.

    本发明涉及一种空调器用紧凑型低阻高效挡水器,采用三层框架结构,第一层和第三层为丝网结构挡水层,中间第二层为液滴飞溅层。所述丝网结构挡水层中的丝网采用0.1x0.4毫米的不锈钢扁丝网,并在400毫米宽度上布置有140个网孔。本发明提供的空调器用紧凑型低阻高效挡水器,能解决高风速下,挡水器汽水分离效果下降和如何防止挡水器空气阻力增加两个主要问题。实现了挡水器高风速下高效化以及低阻力设计,更加适合船舶的特殊空间环境要求,为船舶紧凑型空调器器的应用提供了条件。
