The invention belongs to the technical field of air ducts, particularly relates to an energy-saving marine rotary air duct and a using method thereof, and aims to solve the problems that in the prior art, the height of the rotary air duct is low in a side turning mode, mechanical faults are easily caused, and corresponding damping supporting devices are lacked when the rotary air duct is mounted. In order to overcome the defects that in the prior art, due to the fact that an outer barrel and an inner barrel are telescopic, installation point positions are prone to loosening, a rotary air barrel comprises a bottom ring, a supporting ring is slidably connected into the bottom ring, a fixing plate is fixedly installed in the bottom ring, and an installation ring is fixedly installed at the top of the supporting ring. According to the rotary air duct, the abrasion degree of the connecting point of the rotary air duct and the deck is reduced, effective elastic damping supporting can be achieved, therefore, in the using process of the rotary air duct, looseness of the mounting point can be avoided, the frequency of daily maintenance can be reduced, and good convenience is achieved.

    本发明属于风筒技术领域,尤其是一种用于节能的船用旋转风筒及其使用方法,针对现有技术中采用侧翻的方式将旋转风筒的高度较低,容易造成机械故障以及在对旋转风筒进行安装时缺少相应的减震支撑装置,容易导致安装点位出现松动的缺点,其旋转风筒包括底环,底环内滑动连接有支撑环,底环内固定安装有固定板,支撑环的顶部固定安装有安装环,本发明通过设置外筒和内筒进行伸缩的方式能够降低旋转风筒的整体高度,降低旋转风筒与甲板的连接点磨损程度,并且能够进行有效的弹性减震支撑,以此可在旋转风管使用的过程中,避免安装点发生松动,以此能够降低日常维护的频率,具有良好的方便性。
