The invention relates to a full-automatic train monitoring system, method and device and a storage medium, and the system comprises a central safety interface server which is used for protocol adaptation and data unified integration between different interfaces; the central external interface server communicates with the central security interface server and is used for completing rail transit data acquisition; the central real-time monitoring server communicates with the central safety interface server and is used for performing real-time monitoring on full-automatic operation of the on-site train; the central information processing server is respectively communicated with the central external interface server and the central real-time monitoring server and is used for processing the rail transit data; and the operation terminal communicates with the central information processing server and is used for defining and displaying different operation function man-machine interaction interfaces according to different user roles. Compared with the prior art, the system has the advantages of flexible architecture, multiple function modules, high automation degree, strong performance, safety, credibility, humanized design and the like.
