The invention relates to an energy management design method for a hydrogen fuel cell and lithium battery power system of a commercial heavy truck, and the method specifically comprises the steps: obtaining key parameters of a whole power system of the commercial heavy truck according to the national standard of the driving condition of a Chinese automobile; formulating a hydrogen fuel cell system and lithium battery system suitability principle according to the maximum power of the commercial heavy truck; the optimal energy management method for the commercial heavy truck hydrogen fuel cell and lithium battery power system is selected based on the optimal hydrogen consumption principle, and the optimal energy management method specifically comprises the steps that the whole vehicle average power is calculated based on the previous working condition, and the whole vehicle average power under the previous working condition serves as the hydrogen fuel cell output power under the current working condition; and the lowest hydrogen consumption under the whole operation condition is ensured. On the premise of ensuring effective matching of the hydrogen fuel cell system and the lithium battery system, energy management is performed on the power system on the basis of the lowest hydrogen consumption index, and hydrogen consumption in the operation process is effectively reduced by reasonably designing the energy management method, so that the operation cost is remarkably reduced.

    本发明涉及一种商用重卡氢燃料电池和锂电池动力系统能量管理设计方法,具体为:根据中国汽车行驶工况国家标准,得出商用重型卡车整车动力系统关键参数,并依据商用重型卡车最大功率制定氢燃料电池系统和锂电池系统适配性原则;基于最优氢耗原则选择商用重卡氢燃料电池和锂电池动力系统的最优能量管理方法,所述最优能量管理方法具体为基于前一工况计算整车平均功率,并以前一工况下的整车平均功率作为当前工况下的氢燃料电池输出功率,保证整个运行工况下氢耗最低。在保证氢燃料电池系统和锂电池系统有效匹配的前提下,以最低氢耗指标为依据对动力系统进行能量管理,通过合理设计能量管理方法有效降低运行过程中的氢耗,从而显著降低运行成本。
