The invention relates to the technical field of hybrid power gearboxes, in particular to a multifunctional combined and working mode hybrid power gearbox which comprises an engine with a shock absorber, a generator, three power sources of a driving motor and an electric control system for controlling the three power sources and the gearbox to work. The gear clutch transmission system is connected with the three power sources and transmits the power of the three power sources, and the switching of a power transmission path and the switching of engine driving gears are realized through the opening and closing control of a clutch in the gear clutch transmission system; the gear clutch transmission system comprises a generator power generation system and a driving motor pure electric driving system. On one hand, hybrid power gearbox products with three different functions of range extension, engine single-gear driving and engine two-gear driving which are shared by most parts and collinear production under the same design platform are realized by increasing and decreasing gears and clutches; on one hand, due to the arrangement scheme of the two sets of common gears, the transmission is simpler in structure, lower in manufacturing cost and higher in transmission efficiency.
