本发明涉及一种8×8重型高机动车的油气悬架系统设计方法,解决了整车偏载情况下左右悬架高度不一致的问题。系统采用“双横臂独立悬架+油气弹簧”的结构型式,双横臂为不等长结构,横臂外端连接轮边减速器;一、二桥采用相同的悬架模块即前悬架模块,三、四桥采用相同的悬架模块即后悬架模块,油气悬架系统包括前悬架模块、液压油箱、后悬架模块、角度传感器、油缸、管路、主阀和齿轮泵。系统将整车油气弹簧分成六组,对同桥左右侧油气弹簧的主油腔和环形腔进行交叉互联,形成高稳定性互联式平衡悬挂。本发明可以满足8×8重型卡车高机动越野性能要求,偏载使用工况下抗侧倾能力的要求,以及升降车姿的功能使用需求。
