The present invention is provided with: a distance sensor which is provided on the ceiling side in a car and is capable of measuring the distance from a load in the car; and an effective area setting unit that calculates an effective area in which the load can be loaded when no load is in the car. Furthermore, the device is provided with a sensor information extraction unit that extracts the attachment position coordinates of the distance sensor, and calculates the data acquisition range of the distance sensor corresponding to the effective region on the basis of the attachment position coordinates. In addition, the present invention is provided with an occupied area detection unit that calculates the occupied area of the load located in the effective region on the basis of the distance data detected by the distance sensor and the data acquisition range.

    具备:距离传感器,其设于轿厢内的天花板侧,能测量与轿厢内的装载物的距离;和有效区域设定部,其在轿厢内没有装载物的状态下算出能装载装载物的有效区域。此外,具备:传感器信息提取部,其提取距离传感器的安装位置坐标,以安装位置坐标为基准来算出与有效区域对应的距离传感器的数据取得范围。此外,具备:占有面积检测部,其基于距离传感器中探测到的距离数据和数据取得范围来算出位于有效区域内的装载物的占有面积。
