The invention relates to a power distribution network side dominant electric vehicle charging pile optimal utilization method, which can provide technical guidance for optimal utilization of charging piles beneficial to operation of a power distribution network. The method comprises the following steps: step 1, taking charging pile shared charging time and power as decision variables, considering electric vehicle user charging power constraint and electric vehicle charging time continuous constraint, and establishing an upper layer sharing model of a shared vehicle pile based on a peak valley variance optimal target; 2, taking an electric vehicle charging site as a decision variable, considering data of an electric vehicle charging demand and a distribution network basic electrical load, and taking network loss reduction as an optimal target to establish a lower-layer sharing model of a shared vehicle pile; and step 3, selecting five indexes of system network loss, daily maximum peak-valley difference, node voltage offset extreme value, daily voltage offset accumulated value and transformer load rate, and evaluating the influence of the charging pile sharing strategy on the operation of the power grid.

    本发明涉及了一种配电网侧主导的电动汽车充电桩优化利用方法,能够为利于配电网运行的充电桩的优化利用提供技术指导。本发明包括以下步骤:步骤1、以充电桩共享充电时间与功率为决策变量,计及电动汽车用户充电功率约束和电动汽车充电时间连续约束,从而基于峰谷方差最优目标建立共享车桩的上层共享模型;步骤2、以电动汽车充电地点为决策变量,考虑电动汽车充电需求和配网基础用电负荷的数据,以降低网损为最优目标建立共享车桩的下层共享模型;步骤3、选取系统网损、日最大峰谷差、节点电压偏移极值、日电压偏移量累计值及变压器负载率这五个指标,评估充电桩共享策略对电网运行的影响。
