The invention provides a traffic recognition and control device, a computer readable medium and electronic equipment. The traffic identification and control device comprises a server single-chip microcomputer used for being connected and communicated with upper computer software; the master control single-chip microcomputer is used for controlling the traffic light power supply output board and checking the health states of the card slot single-chip microcomputer and the graphics processor through a 4852 bus; the emergency protection single chip microcomputer is used for checking heartbeat of the main control single chip microcomputer; the detection single chip microcomputer is used for detecting whether the traffic light power supply output board runs normally or not, and if a fault exists, the emergency protection single chip microcomputer is informed of emergency yellow flash operation through a heartbeat line; the card slot single-chip microcomputer is used for performing health detection on the graphics processor; and the graphic processor is used for receiving set data through a 4851 and is controlled by the master control single chip microcomputer through a 4852 bus. By means of the device, real-time detection of pedestrians and vehicles can be achieved, the states of related traffic lights are regulated and controlled, and the efficiency and accuracy of traffic regulation and control are improved.

    本申请提供了一种交通识别和控制装置、计算机可读介质及电子设备。该交通识别和控制装置包括:服务器单片机,用于与上位机软件连接通讯;主控单片机,用于控制交通灯供电输出板,通过485_2总线对卡槽单片机以及图形处理器的健康状态进行检查;应急保护单片机,用于检查主控单片机心跳;检测单片机,用于检测交通灯供电输出板运行是否正常,若存在故障则会通过心跳线告知应急保护单片机进行紧急黄闪操作;卡槽单片机,用于对图形处理器进行健康检测;图形处理器,用于通过485_1进行设置数据的接收,由主控单片机通过485_2总线控制。通过上述装置可以实现行人和车辆的实时检测,并调控相关交通灯的状态,提高了交通调控的效率和准确性。
